Rooted in story and shaped by experience, English Rose Creative is a brand consultancy for founders who value clarity, depth and growth with intention.

I work with wellness, lifestyle and aesthetic businesses to create thoughtful brands that feel as strong beneath the surface as they appear outwardly. Blending strategy, storytelling and design, my approach helps businesses build trust, connect emotionally and grow with greater purpose.

I believe the most effective brands are not the loudest. They are the clearest, most considered, and the ones that make people feel something real.

British-born and now based in Canada, I bring over two decades of experience across branding, marketing and customer experience, having worked with lifestyle, beauty and wellness businesses internationally.

My career began in five-star hotels and spas across the UK, where understanding people, service and the emotional side of experience became second nature. I later moved into operations, marketing and client experience roles within the UK’s largest beauty salon group, then owned by Unilever, gaining first-hand insight into how brands grow, scale and build loyalty across multiple locations.

During that time, I developed one of the first mystery shopping programmes used by UK beauty spas, designed to improve the customer journey through insight, standards and emotional connection.

That deeper understanding of how brands make people feel became a defining thread in my work. We rarely choose based on logic alone. We choose what feels trustworthy, aligned and memorable.

Following the arrival of two children and a move across the world, English Rose Creative grew from a long-held idea into a business of its own.

Today, I work closely with thoughtful founders to bring clarity to their brands, elevate how they are experienced, and create identities designed to grow with intention.
