British born, now living in Canada, Sally has over 20 years of brand and marketing experience, having worked for lifestyle, beauty and wellness brands across the globe. Sally specializes in bringing her passion for branding and consumer psychology, together with her wealth of knowledge from the corporate world into her branding projects and workshops
'' Having started out as holistic therapist at 5* Hotels and Spas across the UK, understanding people and their needs became intuitive. Progressing into wellness operations, marketing and customer service I saw a unique opportunity to absorb from all avenues, with directors becoming mentors, I developed the first mystery shopping program used by beauty spas in the UK, designed to guide the customer journey directly from the standards taught by Beauty Training Managers.
Diving deep into how a brand makes you feel, the emotional connection, was a pivotal moment. We act based upon how we feel, making decisions based on our mood. Heart-led, caring interactions between consumers and brands ALWAYS win.

And with that in mind, the seed for English Rose Creative was planted. Following 2 children and a relocation across the globe, I finally gave it the opportunity to grow and now love every moment educating and guiding others on the essence of their brand and how to make the emotional connection ''
